C3 (or Community College Collaboration) is a program that aims to make higher education more accessible, elevating your transfer experience through academic, social, and financial support. The C3 program at NC State provides tools and resources to ensure success on your college transfer journey to becoming a part of the Wolfpack! Who qualifies?
- Low to moderate income families (<$110,000/year)
- NC Resident
- Minimum of one full year of college remaining
- Less than 30 credit hours of completed classes
- Attendee of a partner community college
- GPA of 3.0 or higher
