What Is Howling with CALS?

Howling w/ CALS is an opportunity provided to admitted students to learn more about the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences (CALS) through in-person tours. Learn more about specific degree programs through one-on-one conversations with departmental professors, advisors, and faculty and staff. Guided campus tours are led by the college’s student ambassadors, who will answer questions and provide an insider’s perspective for students and families joining us to explore NC State University.

The Department of Agricultural and Human Sciences focuses on preparing the next generation of agricultural professionals through research, education, and extension services. Our programs include degree options in Agricultural Education and Agricultural Science (also available online) and minors in Extension Education and Leadership. We encourage admitted students to learn more about our department and programs offered by registering for a Howling w/ CALS event here or scheduling a personal tour at your own convenience.
